The Living Room
Because peace isn’t a personality trait, it’s a practice.
The Living Room is a free online workshop series for real-time reflection, emotional skill-building, and nervous system tools that work in real life.
Some sessions are one-offs. Some arrive in themed arcs (like my current series on Fear & Anxiety). All of them are honest, lightly guided, and designed to support you in living a more peaceful, aligned life.
Each session is a 60-minute space to slow down and check in with what’s actually going on… not just in your mind, but in your whole being.
You don’t need to perform for anybody.
You don’t have to know what to say.
Just bring yourself, exactly as you are, and whatever you’re living through now.

We'll take it from there.
Why This Work Matters
You’re not broken.
But you might be using old tools to meet new realities.
In this space, we don’t settle for bandaids…
We get curious.
We listen. We learn.
Because once you can see it, you can name it.
And once you can name it, you can start to shift it.
This work is about building relationship with yourself; not perfection, not productivity, but capacity.
Capacity to respond instead of react.
Capacity to stay with discomfort without abandoning yourself.
Capacity to breathe, feel, and choose from something deeper than fear.
And a life that finally feels like it's yours.
Current Series:
Fear & Anxiety
Living with fear (and doing it anyway).
This seasonal arc is all about fear; what it is, how it moves through the body, and how to meet it with more calm and skill.
Most sessions are about general fear and anxiety, with one special session dedicated specifically to fear of flying. You’re welcome no matter where your fear shows up… on a plane, in a boardroom, or in your kitchen at 3am.
These workshops combine nervous system education, breath tools, reflection, and compassionate practice. Come to one or all.
Next up:
Finding Calm
A gentler way to meet anxiety.
If fear or anxiety keeps coming back no matter how hard you try to manage it, that doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It means you’re caught in a familiar pattern.
Many of us respond to anxiety by trying to push it away, reason our way out of it, or force ourselves to calm down. And while that makes sense, those strategies often backfire, increasing tension, frustration, and self-doubt when the anxiety doesn’t go away.
This workshop offers a different approach.
Rather than fighting anxiety, we’ll explore how to change your relationship to it, so your nervous system can begin to settle instead of escalate.
In this 60-minute experiential session, we’ll explore:
  • Why resistance often makes anxiety stronger
  • How anxiety functions as a protective response, not a personal failure
  • What it looks like to meet anxiety with care instead of control
  • Simple ways to interrupt the anxiety spiral without forcing calm
This isn’t about getting rid of anxiety or “fixing” yourself.
It’s about learning how to respond when anxiety shows up… with more steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use in everyday moments, and a clearer sense of how to support yourself when fear arises.
