Sometimes one long conversation is enough to get somewhere new.
Sometimes you’re in the middle of something that needs more time.
All individual coaching begins with a complimentary consultation.
We’ll talk about what’s going on, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. If it does, I’ll recommend what I think would be most useful and we can take it from there.
A single, spacious two-hour session.
This is for something you want time to really sit with. A decision. A relationship question. A psychedelic experience. Something you've been turning over and can't seem to get anywhere new with.
Two hours gives us enough time to tell the story and still have time to work with what’s underneath it. We can slow down, follow what comes up, look at the places you may be stuck, and see what becomes clearer when you don't have to rush toward an answer.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what the problem is. Sometimes figuring that out is part of the work.
Ongoing coaching designed around what you’re actually working through.
Sometimes the thing you came in wanting to work on is only one part of the picture.
A relationship problem turns out to have something to do with how you ask for what you need. A career question gets tangled up with identity and what you think you’re supposed to want. A psychedelic experience changes how you understand half a dozen other parts of your life.
That’s when it helps to have more time.
We talk. You go live your life. You try things. You notice what changes and what doesn’t. You come back with new information, and we keep working from there.
Sometimes the thing we thought we were working on turns out not to be the thing at all.
And that’s when things get really interesting...
I don’t use a one-size-fits-all coaching program. I listen closely, ask questions, notice patterns and connections, and we work with what actually comes up.
After our consultation, I’ll recommend a length and structure based on what you’re working through, what you want from the work, and the amount of support I think will be useful.
Ongoing coaching may include regular individual sessions, personalized summaries and practices, and a way to stay connected between sessions when something important comes up.
Most ongoing coaching engagements last three to six months.
Investment typically ranges from $2,000 to $6,000, depending on the length and level of support.
All individual coaching starts with a complimentary consultation.
Tell me what’s going on and what you’re looking for. I’ll listen, ask some questions, and we’ll see whether working together feels like a good fit.
If it does, I’ll recommend what I think would be most useful. That might be a single two-hour session, or it might be working together over a few months. Then you can decide what feels right for you.
